Musicians Make Outstanding Presence At Nipsey Hussle’s Celebration Of Life Service

After mo-urning the passing of hip-hop’s beloved altruist and gifted rap artist Nipsey Hussle, the hip-hop and L.A. communities gathered together to pay final respects to the 33-year-old at his Celebration of Life service on Thursday (March 11).

In addition to all those who held Nipsey close to their hearts, his industry family showed up in numbers in the audience and on stage. Fellow West Coast flagbearers YG and Snoop Dogg shared heartfelt words for their brother-in-rhyme while his hip-hop counterparts like Jay-Z sent love in a touching letter included in the memorial service’s program.

L.A.

songstress Jhené Aiko and England-bred Marsha Ambrosius also crooned gentle odes to the Victory Lap legend. In acknowledgement of the overwhelming love overflowing L.A.’s Staples Center with 20,000-plus attendees, here are some of the most familiar faces who helped celebrate the life and legacy of Nipsey Tha Great:
