DJ Khaled believes there are “different rules for men” and that he’s “the king” when it comes to his relationship with his wife. The Palestinian-American record producer made the comments in a 2014 interview that resurfaced on social media this week. In the video clip, DJ Khaled discusses his s-xual relationship with his wife, Nicole Tuck. When asked about oral s-x, DJ Khaled says he refuses to go down on his wife but expects her to do so for him. “You gotta understand, I’m the don. I’m the king,” DJ Khaled told the hosts of the New York-based radio show The Breakfast Club.
“It’s different rules for men. We the king, so there are some things Y’all might not wanna do, but it gotta get done. I just can’t do what you want me to do. I just can’t.”
The clip resurfaced on May 4 and has since gone viral

DJ Khaled continued by saying: “A woman should praise the man – the king.”
While he also said that a man should praise “the queen,” he apparently defines that praise a little differently.
“But you know, my way of praising is called, ha-ha, ‘How was dinner?’, ‘You like the house you living in? You like all them clothes you getting? I’m taking care of your family, I’m taking care of my family…’ You know, I’m putting in the work,” he said.
When asked to clarify whether he will ever give oral s-x to his wife, DJ Khaled adamantly refuses.
“Nahhh. Never! I don’t do that.”
Many on social media felt DJ Khaled’s comments were s-xist
So he doesn’t believe in equal partnership. He believes in servitude and control under the guise of royalty…

Idgaf that DJ Khaled doesn’t perform oral s-x. I care that he expects oral s-x from women (wife), but won’t reciprocate (oral s-x) solely because of his gender. “I’m the King” dude f-ck you.

Some saw the comments as “disrespectful to this wife”

“That king mentality is gross”
But all jokes aside.. @djkhaled said some disgusting misogynistic shit about his wife and NO woman should listen to that horse shit. That ‘KING’ mentality is gross and not healthy. KNOW YOUR WORTH LADIES!

Of course, a lot of people made jokes

It’s no wonder DJ Khaled loves his personal chef so much, he really hates the idea of eating out

And a simple response …
DJ Khaled is canceled

Shortly after the video began trending, DJ Khaled posted a photo of him and his wife to Instagram with the caption: “My queen my best friend I love you!”
Although its unclear whether the post was in response to the social media reaction, the timing was uncanny.
