3 Easy Exercises That Will Help You Beat The Bra Bulge

Women always strive and want to have perfect body and maintain their shape well. It’s quite embarrassing for a woman if goes for a party in her favourite strapless dress and she realises that the bulge on the sides of her bra is peeking out. To get this bulge off and keep your body in shape, today we are giving three simple exercises. These exercises will help you to beat the bulge off, read on :


Deadlift

This exercise will strengthen your glutes, hamstrings and muscles in your back. Place your arms across your chest with your feet apart knees bent and spine straight. Bend on your hips and bring your chest forward. Keep your neck in line with your spine and eyes focused downwards. Keeping your back straight, bring back on starting position. Repeat 3 sets of 15.

Opposite Leg And Arm Stretch

Start this exercise by keeping your hands and knees on the floor. Keep your back straight. Extend your left arm and right leg out and keep them aligned to floor. Return back to starting position and follow it on opposite arm and legs. This exercise focuses on all of your body. Repeat 3 sets of 15 for each arm.

YTI

This exercise focuses on your upper back and shoulder muscles. To do this exercise lie down on your stomach and stretch out your arms to form a ‘Y’. Next move your arms to form a T and then bring you arms on your back. Try connecting your palms, this will form the I. Continue this exercise in 3 sets of 15. This exercise needs to be done slowly and if you feel a stretch then do not perform it until you get the right position.
